`GET /api/v1/comments/mentions`

## Query parameters

- `page` integer: 1-indexed, not 0-indexed.
- `pageSize` integer: Mentions per page. Capped at 100.

One entry per comment the caller is mentioned in, newest first, with the unread count for the tab badge.
