Whitelist an one off SDD so that when another one off SDD from the creditor comes in, it is automatically accepted.

  - `request_id` integer, required: ID of the request for which you want to whitelist the originating SDD.
  - `maximum_amount_per_month` Amount
    - `value` string: The amount formatted to two decimal places.
    - `currency` string: The currency of the amount. It is an ISO 4217 formatted currency code.
  - `maximum_amount_per_payment` Amount
    - `value` string: The amount formatted to two decimal places.
    - `currency` string: The currency of the amount. It is an ISO 4217 formatted currency code.
  - `routing_type` string: The type of routing for this whitelist. Should be changed to non-optional CIT/technical#12806.

## Response `200`

Whitelist an one off SDD so that when another one off SDD from the creditor comes in, it is automatically accepted.
