**Deprecated.** Persists a `feasibility_sites` row, which developer API keys cannot use. Prefer `GET|POST /api/v1/sites/check`. Query-param form of `POST /api/v1/sites/resolve`, for address and coordinate lookups. First-party session/JWT only: a presented developer API key returns `403 FORBIDDEN`. Anonymous responses null `ownershipHint` and `rawCityData`. Supports `If-None-Match`; varies on `Authorization` and `Cookie`. Sunset 2026-12-31.

- `400`: Validation or client error.
- `401`: Authentication required.
- `403`: Insufficient permissions.
- `404`: No such resource, or no such route under this version prefix.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded (`code: RATE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED`, `retryable: true`). Honour `Retry-After`.
- `500`: Unexpected server error.
