# Get the JSON Schema validation contract

`GET /api/market-snapshot/v1.schema.json`

## Request

Public, read-only endpoint; no API key or authentication is required. Returns the canonical JSON Schema Draft 2020-12 contract used to validate the live snapshot.

## Headers

- `If-None-Match` string
- `If-Modified-Since` string, http-date

## Response `200`

The canonical validation contract.

## Other responses

- `304`: The validation contract matches If-None-Match or has not changed since If-Modified-Since.
- `405`: Only GET and HEAD are supported.
- `503`: The validation contract asset is temporarily unavailable.
