# Manual pruning

`POST /v1/cryptos/{cryptoCode}/derivations/{derivationScheme}/prune`

Manually prune transactions from a derivation scheme. 
This can be used to remove old transactions whose UTXOs have been spent.

## Path parameters

- `cryptoCode` string, required
- `derivationScheme` string, required

## Request body

- object
  - `daysToKeep` number, double — The number of days of history to keep

## Response `200`

Successfully pruned transactions

- object
  - `totalPruned` integer — The number of transactions pruned from the derivation scheme
