`POST /api/v1/farms/{farm_id}/paddocks/import`

- PaddockImport: Paste a file: a GeoJSON FeatureCollection/Feature/Geometry, or a KML document of Placemarks. Every polygon becomes a paddock; names come from the feature's own name property where it has one.
