`GET /api/v1/devices/{dock_id}/companions/{child}/flights`

This Jetson's flights, newest first, with what each left in S3.

The flights are the bound N100's -- FleetOps observes a flight at the dock, and
the Jetson flies from that dock -- and each one's files are read straight from
its fixed S3 keys (services/flight_artifacts.py). The download links are
presigned GETs, so the page is private and never cached.
