## Request

Live NOTAMs as ICAO text, for the browser's own parser. 503 when no
credential is configured — the criterion then stays UNVERIFIED.

## Request body

- NotamFetchRequest: Sweep the two Australian FIRs plus the locations near the site.
  - `locations` string[]
  - `firs` string[]
