`POST /api/v1/aircraft/manual-flights`

Register one hand-flown flight and hand back its recording upload grant.

201 when the flight is new; 200 with the SAME flight id (and a fresh grant)
when this device already registered this ``client_ref``. Upload refused by
configuration or storage is a 503 with nothing written.

- ManualFlightRegister: One hand-flown flight, registered by its aircraft after disarm. Unknown keys are ignored rather than refused: the aircraft retries this until it is acknowledged, and a field it learns to send later must not turn every retry into a 422.
