Duplique un plan sous une nouvelle clé, pour travailler une autre idée.

La cible n'est JAMAIS écrasée : si elle existe déjà, on refuse plutôt que de
faire disparaître un plan qu'on avait dessiné hier. Pour repartir de zéro sur
une proposition existante, on l'ouvre et on la modifie — ses versions sont là.
