Sync product translations from PrestaShop for a given language.
Admin auth required via Bearer token.

L'autorisation passe par `require_admin` : le rôle est relu en base (et le compte
doit être actif), jamais pris dans le claim du jeton. L'ancien contrôle inline
appelait `auth_service.verify_token`, qui n'existe pas — l'ImportError était avalé
par un `except Exception` et l'endpoint répondait 401 en permanence.
