# List Instagram stories

`GET /v1/social/meta/ig/{accountId}/stories`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.brixsignage.com`
- URL: `https://api.brixsignage.com/v1/social/meta/ig/{accountId}/stories`
- Auth: none required

Get the stories currently live on a connected Instagram Business account. Stories last 24 hours, so results reflect only what is active now. Access requires a dt token, issued by the preview-token endpoint or provided automatically to a screen; an invalid or missing token returns a not-found error. Because stories are short-lived, no previous result is served if the account cannot be reached.

**Notes.**
- The stories live now. Never served stale (`stale` is always false): a story expires, so a failure answers 502.

## Response `200`

Success.

  - `data` unknown, required
  - `stale` boolean, required: True when the provider failed and this is the last good answer.
  - `staleSince` string: When the stale copy was fetched (only when `stale`).

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, expired or revoked bearer token.
- `404`: No such account, or the `dt` token is missing, expired or for another workspace.
- `502`: The provider failed and there is no recent copy to serve.
- `5XX`: Server error. The body carries a `requestId` to quote to support.
