# Connect a Google Business account

`POST /v1/social/google-business/connect`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.brixsignage.com`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Complete a Google Business connection. Submit either the state, accountId, and locationId returned from the OAuth consent flow, or a placeId chosen using the search endpoint.

**Notes.**
- The body shown is the search-and-pick connection. A Google sign-in connection (`state`, `accountId`, `locationId`, `title`) is finished by the console after a browser sign-in and cannot be made with an API key.

## Request body

  - `placeId` string, required: From `search`.
  - `title` string, required: The name to show for the account.

## Response `201`

Success.

    - `id` string, required: The new social account's id.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, expired or revoked bearer token.
- `403`: The token lacks the permission this operation needs (see `x-brix-permission`).
- `410`: `session_expired` (a Google sign-in connection only).
- `422`: `placeId` is not a Google place id, or `title` is empty.
- `503`: Search is not configured on this platform.
- `5XX`: Server error. The body carries a `requestId` to quote to support.
