List all registered webhook endpoints for the account.

    - `id` string
    - `url` string: Full URL for format "raw". For "slack" and "discord" only the origin is returned — the path of a chat webhook URL is a credential.

    - `format` 'raw' | 'slack' | 'discord'

    - `created_at` string, date-time
