# Get account

`GET /v1/account`

Retrieve the current account details, tier, and usage limits.

## Response `200`

Account object

  - `name` string
  - `tier` 'free' | 'solo' | 'studio' | 'agency'
  - `seats_purchased` integer
  - `sms_credits` integer
  - `sending_local_part` string: Mailbox part of the from-address on a verified custom sending domain, e.g. 'podklady'. Defaults to 'intake'.
  - `retention_days` integer
  - `portal_link_ttl_days` integer: Days a client portal link stays valid after the last email that carried it. Every email for an intake carries the same link, so each send extends it. Default 30.
  - `billing_grace_until` string, date-time, nullable: Set while a renewal payment has failed (Stripe status past_due/unpaid). The account keeps full access until this date, after which Free-plan limits apply to new intakes. Null once the subscription is active or canceled again.
  - `billing_grace_expired` boolean: True when billing_grace_until is set and already in the past.
  - `limits` object: Current tier limits (from TIER_LIMITS).
