# Take back the proposal

`DELETE /portal/{slug}/items/{key}/waiver`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.briefgate.dev`
- URL: `https://api.briefgate.dev/portal/{slug}/items/{key}/waiver`
- Auth: none required

The client changes their mind and will deliver after all. Works only while the owner has not decided, and only on a proposal the client made themselves.

## Path parameters

- `slug` string, required
- `key` string, required

## Response `200`

Proposal withdrawn; the item is chased again

## Other responses

- `401`: No valid portal session
- `409`: Nothing to withdraw, or the proposal is not the client's
