# Record

`POST /internal/instructions/record`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.brickway.app` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Record a batch of outcomes.

Each result is recorded independently. One malformed or losing row must not
discard the rest of a 15-minute run's work, so a failure here is logged with its
URL and the batch continues; the URL simply stays pending and is retried. The
RPC owns the state machine, including refusing to reopen a terminal row.
