# Delete Model

`DELETE /tailored-gen/models/{model_id}`

Delete a specific model. Changes status to Deleted.

## Path parameters

- `model_id` integer, required

## Headers

- `api_token` string, required

## Response `204`

Model successfully deleted

## Other responses

- `401` — Unauthorized
- `404` — Model not found
- `409` — Cannot delete a model that is currently in training
- `429` — Request limit exceeded. Your account has reached its maximum allowed requests. Please upgrade your plan or try again later.
- `500` — Internal server error
