`POST /api/v1/stock-media/search-videos`

## Request

Search stock videos. Returns result_count and videos in Getty-like format (id, asset_family, caption, display_sizes, title, etc.).

## Request body

- SearchVideosRequest
  - `searchQuery` string, required: Search term
  - `page` integer: Page number
  - `orientations` string: One of landscape, portrait, square
  - `page_size` integer: Results per page (max 2000)
