`GET /api/v1/logs/video-usage`

Video-generation usage for the internal dashboard (MCP vs non-MCP).

Read-only and unauthenticated, like /logs/get-logs above. NOTE: it returns
account emails and output video URLs across all accounts — put it behind the
public-key header (as views/research does) before exposing it publicly.
