`PATCH /api/v1/infipost/accounts/{account_id}/profile`

Edit a profile.

``platform`` is required in the body even though the account id implies it — an
upstream requirement, passed through rather than hidden behind a lookup. Name changes
are cooldown-limited (TikTok 7 days, Instagram 14) and return 429 with the next
allowed time in the message.
