`POST /api/v1/child-account/quickads-owned`

## Request body

- CreateQuickAdsOwnedRequestDTO — Option 2 - QuickAds provisions the full child BM + ad account automatically.
  - `child_bm_name` string, required
  - `page_id` string, required — Facebook Page ID the ads will promote (end advertiser)
  - `currency` string
  - `timezone_id` integer — Meta timezone ID
  - `loc_amount` number, nullable — LOC amount to allocate; None = equal split
