## Request

Submit a Kling v3 video generation job. Runs in the background.

**Request body:** Use `GenerateKling3VideoRequest` with:
- `prompt` (required), `start_image_url` (required – starting image for image-to-video)
- `duration` (3–15), `aspect_ratio` ("9:16" | "16:9" | "1:1")
- `multi_prompt`, `elements`, `generate_audio`, `shot_type`, `negative_prompt`, `cfg_scale`

Send valid JSON (Content-Type: application/json). If the prompt contains newlines, they must be escaped in JSON (e.g. as \n). Using JSON.stringify() or your language's JSON encoder ensures valid encoding.

**Returns:** `{ "success": true, "task_id": "<uuid>", "status": "processing" }`. Poll `check-kling3-video-status` with this `task_id` for completion and `video_url`.

- GenerateKling3VideoRequest: Complete payload for Kling v3 image-to-video (FAL). Send valid JSON (e.g. newlines in prompt must be escaped as \n).
