One turn of the iterative per-scene edit chat. Poll task-status for the
reply (task.response.reply); the revised scene is written into the project.

## Request body

- StoryboardSceneChatDTO: One turn of an iterative chat that edits a single scene. Claude gets the scene + shot + storyboard context (and other scenes when requested) and returns a reply plus the revised scene.
