then applies any multi-scene edits and returns follow-up suggestions.

## Request body

- StoryboardProjectChatDTO: One turn of a storyboard-WIDE chat: Claude sees every scene and can discuss or edit any of them. Returns a reply, optional multi-scene edits, and short clickable follow-up suggestions.
  - `project_id` integer, required
  - `message` string, required
  - `history` ChatMessageDTO[]
