Merge two or more scenes into one. Flags needs_adjust if the merged
duration exceeds the video model's maximum.

## Request body

- StoryboardMergeDTO: Merge two or more scenes into one (durations sum, prompts/refs combined). If the merged duration exceeds the model's max, the response flags it so the UI can offer an AI adjust.
  - `project_id` integer, required
  - `scene_ids` string[], required
