Storyboard-level: build ONE uniform character and replace the original
character reference across EVERY scene's frame + video references.

## Request body

- StoryboardProjectCharacterDTO: Storyboard-level: build ONE uniform character and replace the original character reference across every scene's frame + video references. `image_url` defaults to the character reference (or first generated frame). `replace_url` locks a SPECIFIC character (that exact reference is swapped) — used to lock each of multiple characters independently.
