# Generate Clip Endpoint

`POST /api/v1/ai-video-storyboard/generate-clip`

## Request

Generate ONE clip with any registry model. Returns a task_id; poll
GET /ai-video-storyboard/task-status/{task_id} for response.video_url.

## Request body

- GenerateClipRequestDTO: Unified multimodal single-clip generation (any model in the registry). Only light shape validation here — per-model capability rules (durations, resolutions, frames-vs-refs, max images, veo/kling constraints) are enforced by views/aiVideoAdStoryBoard/services/video_model_registry.validate_and_normalize.
