`POST /api/v1/ai-video-storyboard/ai-video-agent-append-scene`

Append a new Seedance 2 scene (same payload as generate + required project_id) to an ai_video_v4 project.

- Seedance2AppendSceneRequestDTO: Append a new scene to an existing Video Agent project (ad_type ai_video_v4). Same fields as Seedance2GenerateRequestDTO; project_id is required.
