# Move Assets

`POST /api/v1/quick-spaces/assets/move`

## Request

Bulk move a selection into a folder, into another project, or both. model_fields_set is what
separates "leave this placement alone" from "clear it" — the client sends folder_id: null to
move files to the root and space_id: null to pull them out of a project entirely.

## Request body

- SpaceAssetsMoveRequestDTO: Move files between folders. Batched because the UI moves a multi-select, and a partial move (some files landed, some didn't) is worse than none.
  - `asset_ids` string[]
  - `folder_id` string, nullable
  - `space_id` string, nullable
