`GET /api/v1/catalog/meta/pixels`

List Facebook Pixels for an ad account (needed for conversion tracking).

Pass child_account_id to fetch pixels from a Meta child account's ad account instead
(uses the child's resolved ad account + access token).

## Query parameters

- `acc_id` string, required: Ad account ID
- `child_account_id` string, nullable: Meta child account id (DB UUID) - fetch pixels from this child's ad account
