`POST /v1/classifications`

## Request

## Request body

- ClassificationDefinitionAPICreate: API model for creating a classification definition.
  - `application_id` string, uuid, required
  - `type` 'topic' | 'intent', required: Type of classification.
  - `name` string, required
  - `description` string, nullable: Human-readable description of what this topic/intent means and when the AI should assign it.
  - `locales` object: Frontend display labels keyed by locale code (e.g. {'en': 'Billing', 'de': 'Abrechnung'}).
  - `status` 'active' | 'suggestion' | 'denied' | 'deleted': Status of a classification definition.
