# List branding guidelines

`GET /brand-voices`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.braiv.co/v1`
- URL: `https://api.braiv.co/v1/brand-voices`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`

Returns Studio branding guidelines (Brand Voices) for the API key's
personal or workspace library (up to 100). Summary fields only — use
`id` later as `brandVoiceId` on packaging/thumbnail flows. Create
guidelines in Studio; this API does not create or update them.
Required scope: `videos:read`.

## Response `200`

Brand Voices in the caller's library.

- BrandVoiceList
  - `brandVoices` BrandVoice[], required: Brand Voices in the caller's library.
    - `id` string, required: Brand Voice id (use later as `brandVoiceId`).
    - `name` string, required: Display name from Studio.
    - `isDefault` boolean, required: True when this is the library default Brand Voice.
    - `logoUrls` string[], required: Logo URLs from website assets when present.
    - `palette` BrandVoicePaletteSwatch[], required: Brand colour swatches from website assets when present.
      - `name` string, required: Palette swatch label.
      - `hex` string, required: Colour as a hex string (for example `#112233`).
    - `hasThumbnailStyle` boolean, required: True when the Brand Voice has thumbnail style references or an analyzed kit.

## Other responses

- `401`: A supported authentication header is missing or contains an invalid Public API key.
- `403`: Authentication succeeded, but the required scope, workspace role, or resource permission is missing.
- `429`: The API key exceeded its allowed concurrency or request rate. Retry after in-flight work completes or the limit resets.
- `500`: An unexpected server error occurred.
