# Record that a person agreed to AI calls

`POST /api/consent`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://botnotice.app`
- URL: `https://botnotice.app/api/consent`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Send it the moment consent is given (form submit, CRM field). The number is stored only as a fingerprint plus its last four digits; the wording is kept so the record shows what the person agreed to.

## Request body

- object
  - `phone` string, required: E.164 or a plain U.S. number
  - `scope` 'marketing' | 'informational'
  - `method` string: web_form, verbal, sms…
  - `wording` string, required: The exact consent text shown
  - `source` string: Form name or page address
  - `external_id` string: Your lead or contact id
  - `consented_at` string: ISO time; defaults to now
