Owner resource

- Owner: Owner represents accounts in the system that are able to view and edit customer information.
  - `id` string
  - `integration` string: The key of the integration source e.g. "quickbooks", or "xero"
  - `srcId` string: Unique identifier for the owner
  - `firstName` string: The first name of the owner
  - `lastName` string, nullable: The last name of the owner
  - `email` string, nullable: The email address of the owner
  - `created` string: The date and time the owner profile was created
  - `updated` string, nullable: The date and time the owner profile was last modified
  - `isActive` boolean, nullable: Whether the owner is active or not
