Retrieves a ManualJournal resource.

- ManualJournal: Manual journal represents manually logged transactions
  - `id` string
  - `integration` string: The key of the integration source e.g. "quickbooks", or "xero"
  - `srcId` string: Unique identifier for each manual journal
  - `date` string, nullable: The date the journal was posted
  - `lineAmountTypes` string, nullable: Type of line amount e.g. "Inclusive" e.g. "Exclusive", e.g. "NoTax"
  - `modified` string, nullable: Last modified date
  - `narration` string: Description of journal being posted
  - `journalLinesDescription` string, nullable: Description for journal line
  - `journalLinesTaxType` string, nullable: Tax type for journal line e.g. "OUTPUT" e.g. "INPUT"
  - `journalLinesTaxAmount` integer, nullable: Calculated tax amount for journal line
  - `journalLinesLineAmount` integer, nullable: Total for journal line
  - `journalLinesAccountCode` string, nullable: Customer defined alpha numeric account code
  - `showOnCashBasisReports` boolean, nullable: Whether to show cash basis report or not
  - `hasAttachments` boolean, nullable: Whether the manual journal has an attachment
