Risk factors ADDED to a US company's latest 10-K versus the prior year — the new-worry list management itself wrote, extracted from Item 1A heading diffs. Additions only; verbatim headings. Extraction is boundary-hardened but heading-based, so occasional noise survives (the coverage note says so). Requires a signed-in Founding Access account API key (Authorization: Bearer bck_...).

## Response `200`

Structured result. Every payload carries an informational-purposes disclaimer; no Boothcheck house fair value, price target, or rating.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key for a keyed endpoint.
- `404`: Ticker not covered or no data for this surface.
- `429`: Rate limit reached for the key tier.
