# Insider register

`GET /insider-signals/{ticker}`

The insider register for a US ticker built from the SEC's quarterly Forms 3/4/5 insider datasets (asOf gives the build date): officers and directors, their reported stakes, when each stake was last reported, and their open-market transaction counts since the register's start (countsSince): non-plan buys and all sales, sales under a 10b5-1 plan included. The counts start at countsSince; they are not all-time totals. Clean filed facts only — no performance claims, no signals-as-recommendations. For each recent trade with its 10b5-1 plan context, use get_insider_activity. Requires a signed-in Founding Access account API key (Authorization: Bearer bck_...).

Structured result. Every payload carries an informational-purposes disclaimer; no Boothcheck house fair value, price target, or rating.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key for a keyed endpoint.
- `404`: Ticker not covered or no data for this surface.
- `429`: Rate limit reached for the key tier.
