Plan-level view of the Rule 10b5-1 and non-Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangements a US issuer disclosed under Item 408(a) of Regulation S-K (10-Q/10-K, since mid 2023): one row per adopted plan with the person, title, adoption date, expiration, duration, aggregate shares available, any later termination, and the Form 4 trades linked to it (count, shares, value, first and last trade dates, days from adoption to first trade, share of the disclosed aggregate used). Trades link only on a matching footnoted adoption date or the single plan live on the trade date. Filed facts only; never a signal, score or recommendation. Requires a signed-in Founding Access account API key (Authorization: Bearer bck_...).

## Response `200`

Structured result. Every payload carries an informational-purposes disclaimer; no Boothcheck house fair value, price target, or rating.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key for a keyed endpoint.
- `404`: Ticker not covered or no data for this surface.
- `429`: Rate limit reached for the key tier.
