Recent insider trades for a US ticker from SEC Form 4 filings, kept current from EDGAR's daily index, each with its filed context: open-market or plan trade, the 10b5-1 plan it ran under and that plan's adoption date and days since adoption (from the Form 4 footnotes and the issuer's Item 408 disclosure), trades so far under the same plan and the share of the plan's disclosed aggregate used, percent of the insider's direct holding, exercise-and-sell, late or amended filing, other insiders trading within 30 days, and whether this insider traded in the same month in prior years. Also returns the issuer's disclosed trading arrangements and the window of filings read. Filed facts only; never a signal, score or recommendation. Requires a signed-in Founding Access account API key (Authorization: Bearer bck_...).

## Response `200`

Structured result. Every payload carries an informational-purposes disclaimer; no Boothcheck house fair value, price target, or rating.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key for a keyed endpoint.
- `404`: Ticker not covered or no data for this surface.
- `429`: Rate limit reached for the key tier.
