Management guidance behavior for a US ticker from 8-K filings: how often management raised, cut, initiated, withdrew, or reaffirmed guidance, with the per-year history and scored delivery record available to signed-in Founding Access accounts. Facts about management behavior, never a rating. Requires a signed-in Founding Access account API key (Authorization: Bearer bck_...).

## Query parameters

- `ticker` string, required
- `format` 'json' | 'csv'

## Response `200`

Structured result. Every payload carries an informational-purposes disclaimer; no Boothcheck house fair value, price target, or rating.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key for a keyed endpoint.
- `404`: Ticker not covered or no data for this surface.
- `429`: Rate limit reached for the key tier.
