# List a company's SEC filings

`GET /filings/{ticker}`

## Request

List and filter the complete SEC filing history for one ticker, the same inventory used by Boothcheck's SEC Filings inspector. Use this before requesting an exact filing or when the user asks for recent 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Form 4, proxy, registration, or older filings. Returns accession numbers and primary-document links; do not guess an accession. Requires a signed-in Founding Access account API key (Authorization: Bearer bck_...).

## Response `200`

Structured result. Every payload carries an informational-purposes disclaimer; no Boothcheck house fair value, price target, or rating.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key for a keyed endpoint.
- `404`: Ticker not covered or no data for this surface.
- `429`: Rate limit reached for the key tier.
