Closes an accounting period of the administration

  - `data` object: A period closure closes a specific accounting period of the administration, meaning no more transactions are allowed for the specified period.
    - `type` string: Type
    - `attributes` object: Attributes
      - `closed_upto` string, date: Period up to which books will be closed for the administration
    - `meta` object: Metadata
      - `temp_id` string: UUID for internal resource linking. Should be omitted when the relationship ID is known.
