# Add an upload

`POST /companies/{companyId}/uploads`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.bokio.se/v1`
- URL: `https://api.bokio.se/v1/companies/{companyId}/uploads`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Add an upload to bokio in the form of an image or pdf. One file can be uploaded per request. The request must be **multi-part MIME**.

## Headers

- `Content-Type` string, required

## Request body `multipart/form-data`

- object
  - `file` string, binary, required: The file to upload
  - `description` string: Description of the upload. If left empty, the file name will be used.
  - `journalEntryId` string, uuid: The journal entry id to attach the upload to

## Response `200`

Successfully added

- Upload
  - `id` string, uuid
  - `description` string
  - `contentType` string
  - `journalEntryId` string, uuid, nullable

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid file data
