# \[Preview\] Add a line item to a supplier invoice

`POST /companies/{companyId}/supplier-invoices/{supplierInvoiceId}/line-items`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.bokio.se/v1`
- URL: `https://api.bokio.se/v1/companies/{companyId}/supplier-invoices/{supplierInvoiceId}/line-items`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Adds a line item to an existing supplier invoice. The supplier invoice must have an upload connected before line items can be added.

**Scope:** `supplier-invoices:write`

## Request body

- SupplierInvoiceLineItem
  - `id` string, uuid: Server-generated identifier. On update, include `id` to match an existing line item; omit it to add a new line item.
  - `description` string, required
  - `quantity` number, double
  - `unitPrice` number, double, required
  - `unitType` string
  - `taxRate` number, double, nullable

    - `projectNumber` string
