# List Threads

`GET /inbox`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.boei.help/api/v1`
- URL: `https://app.boei.help/api/v1/inbox`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Get inbox threads with filtering and pagination. Returns most recent threads first.

NOTE: Default status filter is all_except_closed. Pass status=all to include closed threads. Thread ids are UUIDs.

## Query parameters

- `status` string: Filter by status (open, pending, closed, all, all_except_closed, snoozed, spam). Default: all_except_closed.
- `search` string: Search by sender name, email, or content.
- `chatbot` string: Filter by chatbot UUID.
- `tag` integer: Filter by tag ID (owner-scoped; cross-owner ids return empty). Combines with status/chatbot/channel/etc. via AND.
- `per_page` integer: Results per page (max 100, default 50).
