# Generate Email Reply

`POST /chatbots/{chatbot_id}/reply`

## Request

Generate an AI draft reply for an email thread using the chatbot's knowledge base.
No authentication required — the chatbot UUID in the URL is the only identifier.

  - `messages` object[], required: The email thread messages (max 10 kept).
    - `from` string, required: The sender email or name.
    - `body` string, required: The email body text.
    - `delivered_at` string, nullable: Optional delivery timestamp.
