# Record one morning's readings

`PUT /wellness/{date}`

## Request

Every reading is optional; readiness uses whatever is there. A day with every reading null is deleted, since an empty row would read as measured-and-nothing. Readings cleared here stay clear through later syncs.

- `date` string, date, required: A day on the athlete's own calendar: YYYY-MM-DD, no time zone.

  - `restingHr` integer, nullable, required: Morning resting heart rate, beats per minute.
  - `hrv` integer, nullable, required: Overnight heart-rate variability, milliseconds (RMSSD).
  - `sleepScore` integer, nullable, required: Sleep score, 0–100.
  - `energy` integer, nullable, required: A device's energy or body-battery score, 0–100.
  - `sleepMinutes` integer, nullable: Minutes asleep. Omitted leaves the day's value as it is, so a client that doesn't show sleep minutes doesn't clear them.

## Response `204`

No content.
