# Report being ill, or sore or injured

`POST /training/health-reports`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://bodylab.lol/api/v1`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Starts today and applies until cleared. Reporting an illness while one is still going updates it; so does reporting an injury in a region that already has one.

  - `severity` 'mild' | 'systemic': Required for an illness.
  - `region` 'foot_ankle' | 'lower_leg' | 'knee' | 'hip_thigh' | 'lower_back' | 'neck_upper_back' | 'shoulder' | 'arm_hand': Required for an injury.
  - `hurtsToLoad` boolean: Required for an injury.

OK

  - `id` string, required: Opaque identifier.

- `401`: Error: UNAUTHORIZED.
- `422`: Error: INCOMPLETE_REPORT.
