Answered from what's connected and what each service accepts; nothing is asked of a service to find out. An empty list means either the sport has no structured workout or nothing that takes one is connected.

- `modality` string, required: Sport, from the engine's vocabulary (packages/engine/src/sports.ts), e.g. road_biking, running, hiking, strength_training. Known values: road_biking, running, hiking, strength_training, other. Treat unknown values as "other".
